BrookSideHorseBarn accepts the following forms of payment:

• Electronic payments (if applicable)

All payments must be made in U.S. dollars unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Due Dates

• Boarding fees are due on or before the first day of each month.
• Lessons, training sessions, and services are due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Events, clinics, or special programs may require full or partial payment in advance to reserve a spot.

Late Payments

Payments not received by the due date may be subject to:

• A late fee, applied per billing cycle
• Temporary suspension of services
• Termination of agreements if non-payment continues

Repeated late payments may require future payments to be made in advance.

Deposits and Advance Payments

Certain services may require a refundable deposit to secure scheduling or stall reservations. Deposit requirements will be communicated at the time of booking.

Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be eligible for credit toward future services.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may forfeit payment.

Returned Payments

Returned checks or failed electronic payments may incur a processing fee. Continued payment issues may require payment by cash or certified funds only.

Pricing Changes

BrookSideHorseBarn reserves the right to update pricing or fees at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance when possible.
