Returns

- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery or purchase date.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@brooksidehorsebarn.com with your order details and reason for the return.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
- We currently offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged.
- To request an exchange, contact us at contact@brooksidehorsebarn.com with details and photos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
